hey we bought the above game last week and it worked fine on a laptop. then i tried it on my mums computer and it crashed on the start menu or it would let me play for about 5 minutes if i was quick enough to beat the start menu from crashing then it would crash again. now we bought a brand new PC yesterday and it doesnt go at all on this one, it just goes to a black screen and then we have to Ctrl+alt+delete and it says its not responding. we have tried changing the compatibility mode, downloaded the patch, updated everything, everything we can think of, we arent computer people and dont know much about this so desperately need your help.
