    I cannot seem to install NT 4.0 on DELL Dimension 3000. Every time system get booted with CD, loads set of drivers and then flashs the screen and reboots. Please help. Thanks Kris Hardware Spec: DELL Dimension 3000 WD400BB 40GB HDD 2.4Ghz Celeron Processor
