I don't know if anyone has posted this solution before... I have Windows XP Pro and MM6 and MM8 run fine on my system. MM7 didn't run, until I did this 1. Run DXdiag, set 3d accelerated audio to None 2. Open MM7 setup and disable 3d audio 3. In MM7 setup still, select Run 3d Video/graphics from software 4. Then hit the button to run MM7 that is next to the exit button.. and it worked like magic for me... Hopefully this helps someone, let me know
