I have installed Debian Sarge on my new Sony VGN-FS550 and I am having some trouble getting xwindows to install. I have all the packages I need for the X system and gdm installed. When I try and run gdm or startx the output says "no screens found" along with much more (which I can provide if necessary). Sarge does not recognize the intel 910/915 graphics chipset and it does not have that option stock. I have tried installing the drivers from the intel website but their installer bombs out. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks for any help that you can provide. P.S. Would it help for me to post the errors I got when trying to install the Intel drivers from the above link?
