Hey guys.I have a question.What did u do that symantec tech support reply you????When i emailed'em they didn't answer me at all!!That's why i'm using another backup software and that's why i've chosen Acronis tech support.

Also in Windows XP exists one service whose name is Qo SRVP,which takes 20 % of lan speed.You have to disable this service.Just type in comand panel cmd,then services.msc.After that choose this services,click right button of the mouse on QoS and disabled
