HELP!!! ned v. 4.5 patch to need for speed 4: road challenge/high stakes

can't find a v. 4.5 patc to nfs road challenge..... there was an other tread abaut the same but that web site it did leat to was down and would not work before jul and i can't wait that long..... dos anyone know where i can find that???? if then please mail me at ped350@hotmail.com (sorry that i'm not so good at spelling eng)
