    Time ago I had same problem, and noticed that it was a windows xp service that I disabled. To re-enable you have to go on services table, search for "cryptographic services", enable and set on automatic. It should work. By the way, windows xp lets installing drivers NOT digitally signed if this service is running: you have to choose "Yes, install anyway". Bye.
