    I had the same problem after using the -32biteverything options. I gave up and installed a Virtual PC 2004, then Win98SE on it...and it works finally.

    I am using Virtual PC 2004 on XP, Installed WIN98 SE on the virtual PC. DK2 is running perfectly smooth now

    I have installed virtual PC 2004 in my XP and then installed Win98SE and then DK2 on it, it works perfectly. This method may be a bit dumb.
