I have tested the ram. i did a full diagnostic a few hours ago, all is running normal, but some parts have low power could i have a bad power pack?

I get the error with any program that is more than 400MBs

I have been having a long term problem trying to install games and large programs on my computer, when its a game it stats the game is currpt (CRC) but it cant be, becase i have had the games/program installed before and some are org games / programs, i have tryed a number to things to try and fix it, many new operating system.... didnt work, i have looked all over this site for this problem and a fix but there are to many to read them all, Is there a free answer to my problem? If there is please let me know
