  1. When I am trying to update windows (Windows XP Home Edition, SP2), it displays a message saying I should validate my copy of Windows XP. Then it says, it will collect information from my computer. After that it displays an error message indicating the following error: “VALIDATION NOT COMPLETED: INTERNET CONNECTION PROBLEM”. The copy of Windows XP and SP2 I am using is a genuine copy which I purchased with my desktop computer. I have already activated this copy and done few updates without any problems. I am using dial-up internet connection and I am sure that I was online when this error occurred. Please help me to solve this problem. NcgAus

  3. I recently downloaded and installed “Everest Home Edition”, a Systems Information Tool. When I run the SW, it suggested me to update System BIOS and Video BIOS (because they are more than 2 years old) through this link: http://www.esupport.com/biosagent/index.cfm?refererid=40 (eSupport.com). Recently, I received an e-mail from eSupport mentioning the following: “Based on the technical specifications you had submitted, we have an excellent BIOS Upgrade for your system. We have the brand new Award BIOS for your motherboard. The price is only $29.95 (U.S).” Could anyone please let me know from where I could download System and Video BIOS FREE of charge. Thank you.
