i already tried that.. it won't work :| it doesn't give a file error tough.. just the subsystem.. can an emulator solve this problem?

when i try to run the application exe, nothing happens, and then i open the task manager, try to end the application (which doesn't seem to be running anyways), then it says unable to reach windows 16-bit subsystem, it can be unstable etc. the game is for windows 95 i think.. what should i do??
