I have a dell inspiron 1100 laptop and it wont recognize my cds or dvds. im not sure where to put this problem so i put it here. but anyways, i have tried everything that dell has on support, other then calling the people. Im ready to take the driver from my other dell inspiron 1100 (which isnt workin cuz i spilled pepsi on it), and put it in this one. so unless someone could assist me on how to get this cd drive to work, could someone tell me how to get the cd drive out and in, and what i need to do after that (in terms of installation, unistallation)
