Unable to load Open GL subsystem for Return to Castle Wolfen

When I start Return to Castle Wolfenstein, the screen starts and then returns to a message screen that reads "unable to load Open GL subsystem". I'm running XP sp2 . Any suggestions on what I need to download would be appreciated
