I read some of the thread on SIMS 2.. and icouldnt find my problem.. i made 3 partitions on my harddrive a small partition for my windows install, C: and 2 bigger ones... games and other..D: and E: i wanna install the sims 2 on the D: but it keeps telling me that the disc has to install something on the C: i dont have enough room on my C: to install what they want... anyone encounter this problem... if so is there a way around it?

im not sure if i can...ill see i would need at least 200 or so mb's... any free versions???or similar programs

that really tells nothing... u need to download directX 9.0c just goto microsoft.com and search for directX... try that
