Trust me Christian, you're not. Posting it 3 seperate times is a pain in the *** for the people that help around here. First because not everyone gets to see that there are 3 of them. Second you get multiple responses and it also knocks 2 other postings off the main listing and those people deserve as much help as anyone else does.

Kharn, you can use the program Belarc Advisor to tell you all about your computer. You can download it here at http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1385

Zinnia, do what Tool has suggested and if you are still having problems. Go to A Squared and download their trojan detection program. It is free of charge and run it. You can get it here at this address. http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/. If that doesn't help the problem then post back for more ideas. Good Luck -
frayuh, I can't copy info from this site since it is copyrighted. Hopefully it will help you solve your problem. If it doesn't post back and someone else will be able to help you further. http://www.softwarepatch.com/tips/cyclic-redundancy.html

Personally when you get manners, then you might actually get some help. The little things you call stupid stuff effect other people in other countries. Where as we don't have limits placed on what we download over here in the states, they do over there!

It tells you what happened to them when you click on the link that says "why am I seeing this page". The domain name has expired. So until they renew the name, the site is offline.

FallingStar, it may be great that WinMX is back and all but it is total bull**** to advertise another computer help service on this service forum.

When you are not playing the game do you still get distorted sounds? You can also try this and see if it shows a problem with your sound card. Go to your C drive, Click on Windows, Click on system 32, Click on dxdiad.exe, Then click on the sound tab and run the test. If everything checks out ok I would say that you have a bad copy of the game. Best bet then is to try and get another one from where you got it or contact the publisher to get a new copy.

Make that- right click on the program icon:)

I have to agree with Felix. The pictures are a pain in the *** for people that have to pay for download and also for people that are still on slow dial-up speed.

Remgurl, try replacing the drivers for your adapter

Glad to hear you got it fixed. If you have the time can you post the fix, it may help someone in the future. Thanks

1. XP is easier to use 2. no extra software needed to run your own server 3. Microsoft no longer provides updates for Win98 Sorry jarves, that's all I can think of right now. It's nearly 3am, so my brain is starting to fade on me.

Hi Jane. One possible problem is that your internet card is bad. Buy a new one it only costs about $15. That should solve the problem. if it doesn't let us know and we can advise something new.

How to uninstall Norton Antivirus 2006 Beta (buggy & jams MS Office)?
Cormac replied to Dave99999's topic in Security
Ryck, is photogallery a needed program, if not then remove it using add/remove program in control panel. If you need to keep it then do this instead. Go to start and to run and type in services.msc and then use the the extended look and look for photogallery. Right click on it and then click on properties and change the startup type to manual and click on apply. That should prevent it from starting up on it's own until you actually to run it. -
tschrock. Linda wasn't the one who posted about having 128 megs. That was posted by bikkie, 8 months ago
