Ive tried every way i know to reset my factory settings (i.e F10 at boot screen but it doesn't register that i've pressed it, and i also dont have a start menu or any icons because when i start the pc it just comes up with my screensaver) i have to run any programs via ctrl+alt+del new task and i have no windows disk as its all built in can anyone please help thankyou

How old is your pc and what make and windows has it got and has it got any form of pentium proccesor...... If you can tell me this I might be able to help you out more

is there any where where i can download of the net a restore point on my pc or windows xp coz ive lost the disc and my pc is playin up and i cant get any programs up to reset to factory settings and cant do anything else plz HELP!!!!

yes it can crash the safest ways to turn of ur comp is 1.start menu if thats unaccessible then try 2.press ctrl+alt+del then go to the option shutdown then restart or shutdown if that fails 3.Press and hold the power button or if ur comps old then press and hold the reset button....... Hope that helps

sorry to say m8 but the bluetooth is not wot ur looking for well it all actually depends on wot u want to use it for????
