    another ff7 problem

First, use correct spelling/capitalization/puntuation. Then, you should check the disks. Are they (is it) scratched up? Finally, you may have some backwards compatibility issues with the newer hardware. I know that I can't play Lego Island anymore. If those aren't the causes, then I don't know.

Sims 2 Problem Solving Part Deux

My Windows messed up and stopped reading discs, but this happened before I installed Sims 2 and put it directly onto my hard drive (for quick loading). It always has worked because I still put the disc in but it loaded from the hard drive. But now, without my disc drive, I was forced to make the play disc into a .nrg image file and run it from Alchohol Soft 120%. But it does not work because of the emulation software. I also cannot reinstall windows for a while because the external hard drive I bought online that is going to be used to backup my files won't be here for 6 weeks. Is there any way I can get around the emulator detector to play Sims 2?
