Sorry i just want serious help with this because i am a cry baby and i have been crying over this problem i just want it to be fixed can someone please have the urge to help me.

I need help. I can't really explain it but when i play the sims 2 now the sims are just black or coloured lines go through them. Before this didn't happen but when i got my computer upgraded the Windows XP Professional it started acting up. Here is a link to one of the pictures. It is a bit tooo small but that was the best i could do try looking closer. Please can someone tell me if they are having a similar problem or someone who can help me. How do i do that

Ok. Now i have this problem. When i first got the sims 2 it was working fine. But then i took it to some man to get my computer fixed cuz lots of stuff happened to it. So i installed my sims 2 again and everything is working but there is something wrong with my sims. The people and items in buy mode and build mode in the sims are made up black or coloured lines. When i am trying to load a family the family get's shown but the people are either just black or made up in lines can some1 plzzzzzzz help me i don't know what is wrong.
