GRUB problem when Dual Booting Win XP and Fedora core 4

boatbldr: Have you tried the 'grub-install' tricks with the FC4 DVDs mentioned above? if that doesn't work, boot the FC4 cd1 (or DVD) with 'linux rescue' and past the results of 'fdisk -l' here. What I'm most interested is the partition numbers and types on your two drives.
