Does anybody knows how can I make work a SideWinder game pad (DB15) with a (USB) PC game adapter (from RadioShack) ? The PC detects an HID game controler as a USB device and seems to be fine (no errors or conflicts within device manager), but the game controler simply doesn`t work, neither in control panel->game controlers->properties->"test" or "calibration". I know the game pad is alive, becasue there is a green led turned on (that I can turn it off with "mode" button). I have the same problem with Win2k and XP

Ok folks thanks, I'm just trying to use this old pad that I never used before because it was hiden in that old stuff box. I will return this adapter to RS guys
