Can anybody help me? give me suggestions? Two days ago my computer desktop, Gateway 333c was fine, then all of the sudden the keyboard and mouse froze, I had to just power off the PC because it was completely frozen. Now the PC just stays on ON, I disconnect it and reconnect, and it automatically is ON, and the screen is black, so I don't know what can be going on. I tried leaving it disconnected for a full day, tried a different outlet and nothing. It is connected to a surge. Any suggestiona, please help.
