The document files on one User Account have seemingly disappeared. We use Windows XP and have an account for mom, dad and daughter. The daughter does a lot of IM and downloads and it is only her account that has been affected. We’ve run McAfee virus and fire wall, as well as Ad-aware and Spybot. We think these files are still there because the disc capacity has not changed – HOW DO WE GET THEM BACK?
