I hate this stupid program and it came with my computer. I want to know how to delete it because it say that I don't have the authority to delete it and it's my own computer!!! It prevents me from downloading programs, no matter what setting I put it to and even when I log off it does the same thing. I have contacted every service from Dell to DirecWay, the only two other companies that could affect my downloading, and everything checked clear, and both said it was Norton!!
