I am lost on your site. Not to computer literate. I can't install Adobe software. My computer says, Windows installer The windows installer service could not be accesed. This can occur if you are running Windows on safe mode, or if the Windows installer is not correctly installed, contact your support personel for assistance. I have no clue what to do.
