I've done all of that and now it starts the setup gets to 99% and then just does nothing any help on that?

Okay don't need someone to help me with that, but now when I try to install it it starts the installshield program and then doesn't do anything could someone please help me. I am running XP. Hi, When I try to change the Compatibility to windows 95 or 98/me it doesn't work it still comes up with the error notice. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated. Thanks
