Has anyone done this or know how to do it?
I recently installed the chocobo patch and was able to "tick" the game and playing in TNT2 mode, the game works fine in the 3D world map mode but when i zone into any place the 2D background becomes black. I figured the reason is that my video card failed the 8-bit paletted textures test in FF7config.exe. I used rivatuner to check and found the option is enabled then i got stuck. I also remember back to the day when i was using FX5700 (which is broken right now) i passed all the test in FF7config.exe so i don't know if it is the driver's problem or video card's problem.
