I have tried everythingI could think of to get my program to work, but I can't figure it out and I'm hoping someone here can.
Now when I try to install the program a black screen flashes up then disappears.
I tried going to http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324767
but that didn't help. And my computer did not come with the Windows XP CD.
I checked I have autoexec.nt, command.com, and config.nt in my system32 folder.

Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition,
version 2002, service pack 2.
Compaq Presario AMD Athlon XP 3200+
2.20 GHz, 448 mb of ram.
