Hi, I'm desperate for help here. My daughter's Dell Dimension 2400 has Pentium 4 processor. The keyboard and mouse both are PS/2 and they just stopped working. I'm unable to even log in to do a system restore. I've tried holding the F8 key to get to the safe mode screen, but it just bypasses it and immediately boots up to the log-in screen. Does anyone have any suggestions? Deb
