    Dungeon Keeper Gold (UK version)

I'll give it a try, and see what happens. Quote: Also, this scrolling too fast problem affects all the main menus e.g. changing the keyboard options, loading saved games. Oddly, though, on my macgine, all the other menu scrolls function normally; it's only the one on the deeper dungeons menu that's giving me any problems...

    Dungeon Keeper Gold (UK version)

A rather obscure but specific, problem... I have recently dug out my old copy of DK Gold and tried running it. I'm on XP SP2, and following the advice on this site, ran both Keeper and Deeper set as Win 95 compatible. both seem to run without too many problems or crash outs (one possible crash, but that mighthave been Zonealarm's pop-up menu which always seems to screw with games). The issue I do have is that on the level selection menu of Deeper Dungeons, the menu slider does not seem to move at all, or even highlight under the cursor. If I click the scroll arrows, it moves the menu to either the very top or the very bottom (thus missing out about 7 levels). Similar menus in the options (for graphics and sound) function normally, including highlighting the slider. I have managed a work-around (of sorts) by using the edior to literally rename the later levels as the eariler ones (e.g. I renamed all the level 88 files to level 80) in explorer. this obviously is time consuming and tedious (merely saving the map means of course the rest of the attached level data is wrong). I am running a Radeon X600 grahpics card with 3 gig processor and a gig of ram. I suspect that information to be largely immaterial, but I'll include it as a matter of principle. Does anybody have any ideas?
