I need to migrate from an old server running NT 4.0 to a new one running Server 2003 Small Business. How do I go about copying user profiles from the old server to the new one? Is there anything else I need to be aware of? All of the workstations are already running XP SP2. Any help you can provide will be most appreciated... Thanks, Andy
