I would like to host my own website...

no-ip is pretty sweet service. Depending on what kind of connection you have (Static or Non-static) the availibilty of your site will differ. If you have static (your ip address never changes) you can choose either to give out the ip address as your web address or use no-ip's service to get a url. Your website is on as long as your computer is on and apache is running (assuming that's the program you use) If you have a non-static connection (Your ip address changes every time you reboot your modem and/or pc). You now cannot give out an ip address, because it changes, but no-ip will solve that issue, because they have a free software that pings the server to tell them of an ip change if necessary, so your website will be restored within 5 minutes. And finally, no-ip is free if you use a sub-domain. (ie. tugmistress.no-ip.com they have many master domain names to choose from so be sure to check it out). -
I don't think it's the ram, otherwise it should freeze before it hits the "Start windows normally" since RAM is bios check. But it's certainly still possible. Check to make sure all your pci chips, ram are seated properly. And make sure everything is connected nicely. I'm pretty sure it's the install. Did you have any major hardware change since you bought the PC. If you are reinstalling windows, you may have to use the original parts of the pc. Because windows may be thinking that you are trying to install this oem windows onto a pc that's not the originally purchased one. Even though you just changed some parts.

That's a lot of objects, I only have 2164. That may be due to spyware or other things. A good thing to do is also scan your system for viruses and spyware and such. Back on topic, yes replace them, but you can make a back up copy if you want. Rename the ones in system32 to autoexec.nbk and config.nbk and then copy the new onces in. And if you haven't done so, please please update to SP2. Reason: SP1 has horrifying support for older games, especially w95 and older games. After going to SP2, use compatability for w95 for this game.

you are in luck: Get you self a cd-bootable linux disk. (I believe 2k still uses FAT32 which means any linux cd-bootable will have read and write drivers.) Boot up in Linux, and navigate to Windows directory Find the screen saver (.scr) file that you use for your logon. By default it's logon.scr (Let's just use it as the example) Also find cmd.exe rename logon.scr to logon.bak copy cmd.exe to make a copy, and rename the copy to logon.scr Start back up in windows. Wait till the screen saver comes on... I mean the cmd will show up Here you can type: net user *username* *new password* *username* replace it with the administrator's user name *new password* type a password you want to use After that's done. exit login Change your password in windows.

1) Chill people will help you always. 2) Magic Online requires internet connection to install. So connect to the internet if you haven't already done so. 3) Allow Magic Online's installer to access the internet if you run a firewall. I can't tell you how to do that unless you tell me which firewall you are running.
