Hi all, I have a similar issue to the post "OWA 2003 Not Completely Loading". Which I have read through and installed all the patches, cleaned cache etc.
I run Trend Micro Scan, of which the license had expired, when trying to run the Trend Management tool in a browser it would not load. I spent an hour on the phone to Trend Micro as they instructed me to perform some changes to application pools in IIS, he then took control of my server and changed some port settings. Management tool works. Great. Go to run OWA, get a Error 500. Not great. He fiddled with Application Pool Identity too.
Two more phone calls to Trend has resulted in them escalating the issue. However I am forever chasing them up.
Access via /OMA still works. But the /Exchange returns Error 500, locally, remotely.
I am tearing my hair out - what little there is left.
