Hmm...for the firstime solution I think u should download wmploc.dll at : http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files.php/dllfiles/W/wmploc.dll/download.html and copy to C:/WINDOWS/System32 after that, try to install wmp 10 again..good luck
