it is version 2.... i already tried the ndiswrapper and it failed..... i was thinking about just getting a netgear WG311T which has a Atheros chipset and install the madwifi rpm.....

I am trying to set up internet on SuSE 10.1.... i currently have a netgear WG111 which apparently has no drivers for it..... i was planning on purchasing a WG111T which is a atheros chipset USB adapter but i want to make sure it works....i dont think Best Buy takes back opened merchandice if it doesnt work out.... so my question is, has anyone gotten it to work? are there any wireless adapters that are linux ready? thanks in advance....

i am a noob at this too and i was just going to go out and buy that wireless adapter..... from what i gather, you can install the rpm for the Atheros chipset.... http://packman.links2linux.org/?action=827 but i dont know where to go from there.... i was trying to find a wireless adapter to use with SuSE 10.1..... any suggestions?.....will a WG111T be ok?.... anyone have luck with that?....
