  1. I used this method and had absolutly no troubles with removing the Grub 1.5 Loader that came with Kubuntu. I have multile hard drives but since i only have one windows installation it happened to be in c:\windows. I didnt even have to disable any of my other hard drives...

    I noticed that i ended up with a second instance of "Microsoft Windows XP Professional" in the NTLoader when I start up. But that will be quickly removed when I edit the boot.ini file in Windows to remove it. wink
