Hello, My mom has an IBM A30 laptop and the sound does not seem to be working any longer. The speakers were properly connected, I removed them and attached them to my PC and they worked fine. But when I reconnect them to the laptop, there is no sound. Can anyone assist with next steps in troubleshooting or repairing? Novice hardware tech here, so easy to follow instructions would be appreciated! Thanks! Cheryl
