ive been trying to get this game to work for some time now and it crashes every single time i try to run it it needs direct x to run so i downloaded it but it doesnt work my computer restarts but when i check the program isnt there can some one please help

the same goes here it finish downloading and when i reboot the computer it isnt there and i try again and still nothing could you please help me
