I've just installed SKYPE, with a webcam and a Voip/Skype phone. My computer is very unhappy with these; it will operate either the webcam or the phone but not both at a time. I get the message that there is "Insufficient USB Bandwidth". What can I do about changing "insufficient" to sufficient? How do I even find out where on the computer there is anything about USB Bandwidth. Grateful for help, please.
