Hey there folks, when I try to install DX9.0c, I get an error message each time, without fail saying: "An internal system error occured. Please refer to DXerror.log in your windows folder to determine problem." I can't seem to open that file, it says access is denied. I'm getting to the point where I'm thinking of reformatting, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
