Dear friends, Can anyone help me with this issue? I am having OS of windows XP sp2 professional. I encrypted some files while my administrator name is sundaramurthy. Then one day I formatted the C drive and installed the same OS but with administrator name as sundaramoorthy.Now I cannot retrieve that encrypted files. It shows user detail as sundaramurthy. It does not get encrypt even I have the administrator privileges. Please suggest me a way. S.Sundaramoorthy

I encrypted with the windows OS XP itself
