Hi. To start with I guess you've got the same problem as I do atm. I Installed UBUNTU(Linux) but then regret and ran the fabric-reinstallation-cd that I made when I bought the computer. Now my system can't boot through the very same GRUB loading stage 1.5. GRUB loading, please wait... Error 17 as yours stops with. From what I have read in other forums I've learned that this probably is a file-format-error; Ubuntu needs EXT-format on the harddrive-filsystem, whilst Windows needs FAT32 or NTFS. Have you managed to clear this problem? In that case I would very much like to hear the answear =) otherwise, I ask you to mail me on hobbabobbabooh@hotmail.com so that I can contact you(or versa) if anyone finds an answear.
