I think I solved the problem- did have red highlight alerts and fixed them by up[censored]. Thanks for the help.

When I connect, I window comes on that says "Main Module" problem has occurred and I have to close and it kicks me out of connection. But the funny thing is if I don't close the window, I can still work around the window like go into google. What do I do? I have tried to reinstall Netscape but problem still persists.
