Please help not sure were to leave a message.
My problem is that n received a digital video camera – unwanted present so I have no software. The Panasonic nv-gs33 is connected to my usb port. My pc detects the hardware under port com 3 when n go to device manager.
My problem is that I can’t use my movie maker program to detect the hardware as I can only browse through my explorer folders.
Any tips on what I’m doing wrong or what I can try.
I would of think that the hardware would shown on my computer folder????
Please help
