Can someone help me please I am using Windows XP and I lost my installation CD's Is there any way to reformat my hard drive with out using the CD? Thank you for your help

I'm sorry i wasent clear on my post. I have Windows 98 to install but I cant seem to reformat the hard drive that allready has Windows xp installed on it and I dont have the XP installation disk
