** Raijintek Pallas Low-Profile CPU Cooler Review ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ http://mailchi.mp/kitguru/raijintek-pallas-low-profile-cpu-cooler-review?e=872093acb5 http://www.kitguru.net ** Raijintek Pallas Low-Profile CPU Cooler Review ------------------------------------------------------------ Raijintek are now an established brand in the case and cooling sectors, something which is quite impressive considering they have only been in business since 2013. Today we are looking at the Pallas low-profile cooler, its highlight feature being its size – it boasts a total height of just 68mm. Something like the Pallas will no-doubt appeal to those looking to build HTPC or tiny SFF PCs. *Topre Realforce RGB Keyboard (Seasonic) review* The Realforce RGB is Topres first mainstream keyboard. For the uninitiated, Topre is both a company and a type of switch. Its pronounced toe-poo-reh, and is short for Tokyo Press Kogyo, a large Japanese company that makes a lot of other stuff besides keyboards. Hello LanOC Affiliates and newsletter subscribers, here is our newest posting. We would appreciate you spreading the word! LanOC Reviews has released a new article which you and your readers might enjoy. We would be grateful if you would please share it with them. *TITLE:* Asus Strix H270F Gaming ( -at -) LanOC Reviews <https://lanoc.org/review/motherboards/7494-asus-strix-h270f-gaming> *DESCRIPTION:* After the Intel 200 Series launch, I took a look at a range of boards on the Z270 chipset all in the mid range as far as pricing and features. The Asus Strix Z270E board ended up being great and I have been using it with all of the Ryzen testing as well for comparison testing. Well, a shipping mix-up when waiting for a Z270 ITX board for an upcoming project build meant I ended up with an Asus Strix H270F Gaming in its place. It might have been an accident, but it is a good chance to check out a similar board but from the H270 line. H270 drops overclocking and gives a lower number of PCI lanes from the CPU which means less for PCIe options, fewer M.2 storage options, and less for USB. But it still gives a lot of features at a lower price point, so today I'm going to check out the Strix H270F and see if it’s a good option for someone who might not be planning on overclocking their new build at all. *ARTICLE URL:* https://lanoc.org/review/motherboards/7494-asus-strix-h270f-gaming *LARGE IMAGE URL:* https://lanoc.org/images/reviews/2017/asus_strix_h270f/title.jpg *SMALL IMAGE URL:* https://lanoc.org/images/reviews/2017/asus_strix_h270f/email.jpg Thank you for your help Our content is syndicated by *RSS* 2.0 at: http://lanoc.org/review?fo rmat=feed&type=atom Check out our *YouTube* Channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/LanocReviews Follow us on *Twitter*: http://www.twitter.com/LanOC_Reviews Join our group on *Facebook*: http://www.facebook.com/LanOCReviews Join our *Steam* Group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/lanoc *If this message has been sent to an incorrect address, or you no longer wish to receive our news, please email us back and let us know at reviews ( -at -) lanoc.org* ---------------------------------------- Wes Compton Editor-in-Chief LanOC Reviews http://lanoc.org ( -at -) LanOC_Reviews <http://twitter.com/#!/LanOC_Reviews> Google Plus <https://plus.google.com/u/1/b/111054267662763089650/> Our Facebook Page <http://www.facebook.com/LanOCReviews>

TITLE: ASUS ROG Gladius II Review ( -at -) Vortez CONTENT: You've probably noticed the current shift towards RGB-everything in the PC market, with ASUS heavily towing the line; some love it, some loathe it, but it's here to stay and is being adopted rapidly. ASUS seem keen to update their product line to incorporate their "ASUS Aura" branding across the board. ** TECHSPOT ------------------------------------------------------------ ** Ryzen 5 1600X vs. 1600: Which should you buy? ------------------------------------------------------------ ** http://www.techspot.com/article/1381-ryzen-1600x-vs-1600/ ------------------------------------------------------------ The Ryzen 5 1600 is an exceptional value. Even compared to more affordable CPUs such as the Core i5-7600K, the new six-core Ryzen chips are a much better buy, regardless of what it is you plan to do with them. Thus let's discuss R5 1600X vs 1600. Thank you. The opening of the next release will begin sometime next week, with various changes to the packaging toolchain, notably a large dpkg merge with some buildflags and buildinfo bits, and a move to the upstream implementation of ddebs in debhelper. Currently, however, we are, by decree of our sabdfl (who might be having too much fun reading the dictionary's entire A section), taking a much-needed and well-deserved long weekend. So, if you're super keen to get working, by all means, you can prep your merges locally or in PPAs, and be ready to blat it all at the archive, but I would suggest that we all take some time to go hang out outside, remind ourselves that there are things other than Linux distributions and Free Software and aruging^Wdebating on IRC. Mark told me to make this email clever and include lots of "A" words, so the remainder of this email is dedicated to that: A AA AAA AAAA AAAAA AAAAAA Actually, I've got nothing. Have a good weekend, everyone, and we can all look forward to an exciting and productive AA/17.10 cycle. ... Adam --
