Ok guys am new in this , but i have a problem , i have a G-tide cell phone , and it has a USB cable, this phone has both MP3 and video player ,and it has a memory card, but when i plug it into a computer, the computer tells me that the USB has a malfuction, so i dont know want to do , any assistance please! this may be not neccessary , but its charger is also dead katorymnd -
