The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down." even the system is stucked not changing the blue screen and even i tried to install the new xp even though it is not done.please help me how to resolve this problem.my laptop is latitude d600.
