USB Device Not Recognized (Malfunction)

Tarek: I have a repair job here that is having the same issue: (v6000 laptop vista home premium 32bit) I tried a virus scan Bios to default settings Uninstall USB & Re-install I even did a erased everything and did a factory restore. NO LUCK!! If you find a resolution. Please post and if I find an answer I will do the same for you.
