Step 1 Create a user account. Common user account setup types are the standard user account, the guest user account and the administrator user account.
Step 2 Save all open files or documents before switching to another user account. Windows 7 does not automatically save files or documents that are open before switching to another user account.
Step 3Click the "Start" button. Then click the arrow beside the lock button. After creating two or more user accounts, you can now switch between the user accounts.
Step 4 Click the "Switch User" option. As soon as you are in the Switch User screen, click the user account you wish to use or switch to. After choosing your preferred user account, you will then be directed to your chosen customized computer user account.
