Hope this added info helps others. I got the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD, and also a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA crash BSOD. I took the advice in a few forums and slowed the memory bus in BIOS. In my case, I limited it to 166 MHz from 200 MHz. FIXED! The system has been stable for days, when before it stopped with a BSOD randomly every hour or so.
I also noted that my (cheap) power supply voltages are significantly off from the 3.3, 5, and 12 V specs. I plan to RnR with a quality power supply, too.
